Knitting class. We're making the "Soft Current Tee".

We are delighted to announce the launch of our knitting classes at the Humana Lana boutique. If you've always dreamed of creating beautiful yarn pieces while developing your creative skills, these courses are for you.

3,5 mm circular needles mm (40-50cm)

Hours: Our classes will begin on Tuesdays, April 14-28May 12 and 26.

The courses are From 18:00 PM to 20:00 PM. We schedule them every two weeks to give you time to move your project forward. 

8 hours in total (4 lessons of 2 hours each)

Construction overview:

Soft Current is knit seamlessly from the top down. The sweater begins with the right and left shoulders, which are worked flat with short rows to form the V-neck. These are then joined at the front and knit flat to the underarms.

The stitches for the back shoulders are picked up from the provisional cast-on and also worked flat with short rows. The left and right back sections are then joined and worked up to the underarms.

At the armholes, the front and back pieces are joined to knit the body in the round. The body is knitted to the desired length and finished with 2x2 ribbing. No seam is necessary, although an optional seam can be added to adjust the armhole after blocking.

The lace panel is integrated into the front and back. The back panel is adjusted to maintain visual balance for all sizes.
